ChoyWatch Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 February 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ChoyWatch platform, including any content, features, and services offered.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChoyWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

ChoyWatch curates film discovery data, provides editorial content, and facilitates ticketing partnerships. We do not own theaters; bookings are fulfilled by verified partners.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Content and Licensing

All artwork, copy, and branding are owned by ChoyWatch or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.

5. Ticketing Policies

Ticket inventory, pricing, and seat availability are controlled by partner theaters. Refunds or exchanges follow each theater’s policy and must be resolved directly with the issuing venue.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or infrastructure.

7. Disclaimers

Information is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absolute availability of tickets, or accuracy of external partner feeds.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChoyWatch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
